Actively seeking to hire employees from diverse backgrounds is all well and good but at what point does it become performative? To make sustainable culture change in the workplace we need to re-educate ourselves and discover new ways of running a business.
Our lectures are half- or whole-day, one-off sessions that dive into a refined set of topics on race, class, culture, and gender.
The format our lectures typically follow is the history of a topic, its application in the professional world today, and what steps your business can take to counter them.
Our workshops offer a series of in-person classes that unpack the conceptual problems the professional world is facing. We will ask probing questions, provide interactive learning opportunities, and work with your teams to create detailed action plans that will help you create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive enviroment.
This content is for businesses seeking to drive organisational change forward and will require buy-in from the top down.
We recognise that not all businesses are set up for in-person learning. It is for this reason that we provide our clients the opportunity to tailor-make their own learning content which we will deliver digitally.
Our e-learning content is usually delivered via a series of five to ten-minute videos that can be taken by team members at their own pace. We provide opportunities for interactive learning as well as feedback on each level completed.
E-learning content is tailor-made for each business.
Racism comes in numerous forms and is not always overt. Dismantling systematic racism and preventative measures are required to create a truly diverse and inclusive space. Our recent workshop with Transport for Wales demonstrates an authentic commitment to self-reflection and an inclusive workspace.
