Diversify World was formed in 2022 by Romain Muhammad after years of working in consultancy and being confronted with the mono-hiring process and workplace culture that did not represent wider society.
Approaches to DEI in corporate spaces are performative rather than impactful. Racism and microaggressions are prominent and allyship is often nonexistent.
The founding mission was to help organisations create diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments, authenticated by lived and corporate experience, business acumen, and a data-led approach.
True DEI hires are about more than just filling diversity quotas—they are about driving sustainable cultural change within an organisation.
Not only do they experience higher profitability, efficiency, and innovation, but they also contribute to social equality by breaking down barriers for underrepresented groups.
